Group seeks an experienced Finance Controller to lead the accounting and finance function for a newly acquired Spanish subsidiary in Spain.

You will align processes, reporting, and internal controls with Italian HQ while ensuring compliance with Spanish role focuses on post-acquisition integration, process standardization, and financial reporting excellence, reporting to the Spain CEO with functional reporting to Group CFO.
