Job Description

The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating SAP Global Label Management (GLM) initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment. The role serves as the key interface between Business, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Packaging, Quality, and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of labeling-related projects and enhancements. Combining strong project management capabilities with SAP GLM domain expertise, the Project Manager drives governance, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and solution delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory, quality, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP GLM projects and labeling-related workstreams, from requirements through deployment and hypercare.
- Coordinate business, regulatory, packaging, manufacturing, quality, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of labeling solutions.
- Manage project scope, schedule,



budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and governance activities.
- Act as the primary liaison between SAP GLM functional experts, technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
- Support the design, implementation, and optimization of labeling processes and SAP GLM capabilities.
- Ensure alignment between labeling requirements, regulatory obligations, and system functionality.
- Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering sessions, testing activities, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
- Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and key decisions to senior stakeholders and steering committees.
- Support integral template, rollout, migration, and transformation initiatives involving SAP GLM and related business processes.
