Overview As a Demand Planner at Ornua, you connect customer demand with operational execution to sustain high service levels and optimize inventory. You will lead the S&OP; process, collaborate with Commercial, and translate forecasts into actionable supply plans that support growth. Your role enables cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision making to drive performance and cost efficiency. Compensaciones / Beneficios * comprehensive benefits with regional offerings * career progression including integral mobility * values-led culture * focus on continuous learning and improvement Responsabilidades * Lead the S&OP; process and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure it runs smoothly * Collaborate with Commercial to publish a consensus demand plan and drive it into Demand+ * Select appropriate forecasting algorithms for products to generate a statistical baseline forecast * Recommend an enriched demand plan for Commercial approval * Convert demand plans into supply plans * Measure forecast accuracy and drive continuous improvement * Develop supply chain relationships with strategic partner customers for collaborative forecasts * Support local site SAE requirements * Engage with site teams to understand process constraints and incorporate them into Supply Plans * Support consolidation of Operations weekly and monthly reporting Requisitos principales * Bachelor’s degree in: supply chain, economics, engineering, administration or similar * Previous experience in demand/production planning * Knowledge of statistical forecasting tools * Competence in Microsoft Applications and Power BI; experience with ERPs * Good level of English (C1) * Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships * Strong analytical skills with data interpretation and reporting * Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders at various levels * Cross-functional collaboration * Analytical mindset * Clear communication * Statistical forecasting tools * Power BI * ERPs
