We’re looking for a Junior Product Manager, In-App to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale.

On the web, context comes from reading the page. We need new ways to understand what an app is about, when it is a good place for a brand, and how to make it easy for advertisers to buy.
You will be mentored by a senior product team on product management and the adtech ecosystem. As Junior Product Manager, In-App, You Will
Work with engineers, data scientists and designers to define, build and ship In-app features: ad formats, targeting, monetisation, campaign delivery, performance and user experience.
Build prototypes and internal tools yourself, using code and AI tools, to test ideas fast before we commit engineering time.
Define and track product KPIs,



analyse product and campaign performance, and run A/B tests to validate new features.
Support launches end to end: testing, rollout and post-launch analysis, plus product material, demos and trainings with marketing and sales.
You have already built something real with code or AI tools: a side project, an internal tool, a prototype, an app, a script or an automation. AI‑assisted development (Cursor, Claude, Lovable, Replit or similar) is fully valid.
You understand how the web and apps work (APIs, SDKs, data). 1 to 3 years of experience in product, engineering, data, business analysis, consulting, solutions or technical account management, or a strong graduate profile. A genuine interest in how apps generate revenue and how digital advertising works is essential.
Clear communicator in English. English is our working language. Spanish is a plus.
Basic SQL or Python.
Experience with product analytics, experimentation or data visualisation tools.
