BySales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Estepona (Málaga) area.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include:

- Handling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies.
- Coordinating and conducting property viewings and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Proactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process.
- Negotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts.
- Preparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer.
- Developing and presenting marketing proposals.
- Managing all administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- RequirementsA dynamic and proactive professional with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of working independently.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.




- Proven experience in the sale of new‑build residential developments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems and other office software.
- A customer‑focused approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance when meeting clients.
- Strong organisational and teamwork skills, with a results‑driven mindset and experience working towards sales targets.
