A well-established global life sciences consulting organisation is seeking an experienced QMS Line Director to lead and expand its Quality Management Systems service line. With an international presence and a strong reputation for supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations, the business provides specialist quality, compliance, validation and regulatory consulting services to clients across the globe. This is a strategic leadership position with responsibility for growing the QMS practice, leading consulting teams, supporting client relationships and driving service excellence. Responsibilities: * Lead and develop the Quality Management Systems consulting service line. * Manage, mentor and grow a team of consultants. * Act as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients. * Support business development, proposals and client relationship management. * Oversee the successful delivery of QMS implementation, optimisation and remediation projects. * Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service capabilities.



* Ensure high standards of project delivery and regulatory compliance. Requirements: * Extensive experience within Quality Management Systems in a regulated life sciences environment. * Strong understanding of GxP and GMP requirements. * Previous consulting, advisory or professional services experience. * Proven leadership and people management experience. * Commercial awareness with exposure to business development activities. * Experience with platforms such as TrackWise, Veeva Quality, MasterControl or other eQMS solutions is advantageous. * Fluent English and Spanish. * Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
