Experteer Overview As Director of Finance Transformation you will co-lead ALS's integral Intelligent Process Automation program, turning manual finance and operational work into automated, measurable savings. You will work within the Robot Factory, Data u0026amp; AI team, owning the automation portfolio end-to-end and interfacing with senior leaders across regions. You will shape strategy, drive portfolio prioritisation, and ensure benefits are tracked and reported. This is a cross-functional, cross-regional role that combines technical delivery with executive stakeholder engagement to accelerate transformation.
Compensaciones / Beneficios • Define and advance the global IPA strategy, KPIs, and multi-year automation roadmap. • Own and prioritise the automation portfolio based on financial benefit and strategic fit. • Maintain opportunity pipeline and benefits framework with FTE/TEC savings commitments. • Lead process discovery with SMEs to identify automation opportunities and build quantified business cases. • Advise on solutions (RPA vs native platforms like ALIMS, TM1, ERP)

Responsabilidades • 8+ years in finance transformation, process improvement, or intelligent automation. • Hands-on experience running an RPA programme, ideally UiPath, from discovery to production support. • Strong financial acumen: building business cases, quantifying savings, tracking benefits. • Proven ability to present to and influence executive leadership with clear written and visual communication. • Experience working across multiple countries, business units, and cultures. • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, IT or related field.
