Experteer Overview In this role you support the AIG AESA underwriting unit in Europe by providing administrative and data-driven support to underwriters and internal partners. You will handle end-to-end policy processing, quotes, invoicing, and documentation with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. You’ll collaborate with brokers, clients, and SSCs to ensure smooth workflows and data integrity. This is a hands-on, office-based role that ties directly to execution quality and client service while contributing to broader underwriting initiatives.

Compensaciones / Incentivos • End-to-end processing of new and renewed policies and approvals with underwriters and SSCs • Gather information from brokers/clients to prepare quotes and update reviewers as needed • Policy booking and issuance; follow-up of outstanding invoices; assist with cancellation letters • Support documentation collection for purchased reinsurance when applicable • Assist with policy adjustments where premiums depend on rate (TO, travel, salaries, etc.)



• Collaborate with Collection Department on payments; support data integrity and portfolio management • Setup and manage acceptance platforms and workflow management tools; provide technical direction • Assist with data/portfolio management and ad-hoc projects; ensure compliance/conduct support

Responsabilidades • Prioritization and ability to switch between multiple systems • Client servicing mindset; proactive in anticipating client needs • Troubleshooting and problem-solving aligned to appropriate solutions • Attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation • Good time management to handle multiple priorities and deadlines • Excellent communication in Dutch plus good level of English (and French)
