Experteer Overview In this role you will lead global enablement programs that translate enterprise priorities into executable initiatives, and drive adoption, governance, and measurable impact across Wolters Kluwer. You will work with cross-functional partners to deploy programs, balance global consistency with local execution, and continuously optimize for business value. You’ll shape the enablement agenda within the Global Revenue Operations u0026amp; Transformation organization and report to senior leadership. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Translate priorities into structured global programs with objectives, scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and success metrics • Lead end-to-end program delivery from definition to sustained execution, ensuring adoption and outcomes • Establish program governance, decision rights, forums, rhythms, roles, escalations, and performance visibility • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Revenue Operations, Enablement, Sales Excellence, Commercial Technology, and divisional partners • Drive integral deployment and activation, including readiness, communications, change management,



and stakeholder engagement • Adapt programs for local execution while preserving core consistency to address business differences • Identify and remove barriers to adoption, manage risks and resource constraints • Define and track program success measures and business impact, with feedback loops for improvement • Provide executive visibility and recommendations on progress, risks, and key decisions • Build repeatable program management practices that can be applied across the portfolio

Responsabilidades • 8-10 years in quantitative analysis, strategic advisory, and program-focused roles • Proven track record designing and delivering end-to-end analyses that drive business impact • Strong operational discipline, governance experience, and ability to improve processes • Exceptional problem-solving, with the ability to structure complex problems and propose solutions • Outstanding presentation and written/verbal communication skills; fluent English • Ability to challenge status quo and influence stakeholders through trust-based relationships • Self-starter with high motivation and proactive mindset • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a related discipline • Experience with Salesforce platform and capabilities
