Experteer Overview As Technical Director for Rail Infrastructure, you lead end-to-end programs for high-speed and conventional rail from concept to operational handover. You act as technical authority and shadow operator, aligning Ou0026amp;M interests with design decisions. You drive maintenance concepts, lifecycle cost reviews, and value engineering across subsystems, guiding international, multidisciplinary teams. This role offers impact at scale within a general, mission-driven firm focused on resilient infrastructure. You will shape standards and mentor engineers while representing EC’s technical leadership.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead rail programs from concept through commissioning and handover. • Act as technical authority and shadow operator for infrastructure Ou0026M interests. • Develop maintenance concepts, OPEX models, and lifecycle costs for track, systems, stations, and facilities. • Review designs for constructability, maintainability, and lifecycle risk. • Lead value engineering across civil works, track, energy, signaling, and control systems. • Support testing, commissioning planning, and technical handover to operations.



• Coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural teams across international programs. • Engage with client leadership to align decisions with long-term operational constraints. • Contribute to bid development and technical proposals for new opportunities. • Mentor and train engineering and Ou0026M staff; promote capability-building and standards alignment.

Responsabilidades • Civil Engineering degree • 20+ years of senior rail infrastructure experience (high-speed or conventional) • Full lifecycle project experience (planning, design, construction, testing u0026 commissioning, operations u0026 maintenance) • Experience defining maintenance strategy and OPEX models for rail infrastructure • International project experience with multidisciplinary teams • Excellent leadership and communication skills
