Your Task

We are looking for a professional with experience in functional analysis and the definition of SAP solutions for the healthcare field, participating in projects for the implementation, evolution and support of hospital systems. This role involves acting as a link between business areas and technical teams, ensuring the correct translation of functional requirements into efficient solutions aligned with healthcare processes.

Responsibilities

- Perform functional analysis and define SAP solutions for healthcare environments
- Participate in projects for the implementation, evolution and support of hospital systems
- Manage SAP IS-H (Hospital Management) and SAP IS-H*med systems
- Oversee management of patients, admissions, discharges and movements
- Manage care episodes within hospital systems
- Handle hospital billing and associated financial processes
- Manage emergency management, hospitalization and outpatient visits
- Support clinical and administrative processes in hospital environments
- Develop functional analyses and requirement specifications
- Design and validate functional tests (SIT/UAT)
- Provide functional support and issue resolution

Your Profile

We are looking for a professional with experience in functional analysis and SAP solutions for the healthcare field, with strong expertise in SAP IS-H and IS-H*med systems. The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of hospital management processes, technical integration capabilities, and experience in digital transformation projects within healthcare environments.

Must Have Skills

- Experience in functional analysis and definition of SAP solutions for the healthcare field
- Ability to act as a link between business areas and technical teams
- Experience with SAP IS-H (Hospital Management)
- Experience with SAP IS-H*med
- Knowledge of management of patients, admissions, discharges and movements
- Knowledge of management of care episodes
- Knowledge of hospital billing and associated financial processes
- Knowledge of emergency management, hospitalization and outpatient visits




- Knowledge of clinical and administrative processes in hospital environments
- Experience in development of functional analyses and requirement specifications
- Experience in design and validation of functional tests (SIT/UAT)
- Experience in functional support and issue resolution
- Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration processes
- Experience in analysis of interfaces and integrations with external systems
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and user experience
- Knowledge of SAP ABAP for functional analysis and review of developments
- Basic debugging and issue analysis skills
- Knowledge of SAP iDoc, RFC, BAPI and Web Services
- Knowledge of integration using HL7 and FHIR
- Knowledge of databases and data analysis
- Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager/SAP Cloud ALM
- Experience with integration with HIS, LIS, RIS and PACS systems
- Knowledge of interoperability between clinical and administrative systems
- Knowledge of hospital care circuits
- Knowledge of management of healthcare master data
- Participation in digital transformation projects in hospitals
- Analytical capacity and orientation to problem solving
- Effective communication with business users and technical teams
- Managing priorities and working in complex environments
- Proactivity and autonomy
- Ability to document and define requirements
- Teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration skills

Nice to Have Skills

- Experience in migration or transformation projects to SAP S/4HANA
- Knowledge of the functional and technical implications of S/4HANA in Healthcare environments
- Participation in conversion, integration and process optimization projects
- Experience with SAP Fiori and new features associated with S/4HANA
