Learn Summary To contribute to and support the team responsible for the execution of German payroll, post-payroll and HR-related activities, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely delivery. The role requires strong knowledge of German payroll processes and the ability to communicate effectively in both German and English.



Main Responsibilities * Independently process German Payroll End-to-End, ensuring accurate and timely delivery according to agreed payroll calendars and KPIs. * Perform payroll and HR data management activities in line with agreed SLAs and quality standards. * Support statutory, year-end and payroll reporting activities. * Apply strong knowledge of German payroll processes and country-specific requirements to resolve payroll queries and issues. * Provide guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to knowledge transfer activities. * Respond to tickets, calls and employee/client queries within agreed SLA timescales and to a high standard. * Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders and third parties regarding payroll-related matters. * Support system maintenance, testing and implementation activities when required. * Complete SOC controls on time and provide the necessary evidence. * Participate in root cause analysis and
