Overview In this Senior GMAL role you drive integral medical tumor strategy for hematology indications, focusing on Mantle Cell Lymphoma, DLBCL, and MM assets. You will partner with Oncology Medical peers to craft integrated medical plans and lead evidence generation. You’ll shape cross-functional medical strategies, advisory activities, and real-world evidence to support development and launch of cancer therapies. This is a high-impact leadership role in a dynamic oncology hub that values scientific rigor and collaborative execution. Responsabilidades * Lead global medical tumor strategy for Hematology indications (Mantle Cell Lymphoma, DLBCL) and oversee the medical plan for Multiple Myeloma assets * Represent Medical vision in internal governance forums and drive agenda items * Lead indication or brand MIT with accountability for evidence & confidence strategy * Collaborate cross-functionally to align inputs with cross-functional colleagues across markets * Develop and implement the Evidence Generation Strategy and related studies * Lead Real World Evidence (RWE)
