Overview In this role, you drive the development and validation of materials and processes for aerospace applications, with a focus on Low Observability materials. You will build and run a dedicated laboratory and pre-prototyping area, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance M&P; projects. You’ll lead test planning, failure analysis, and supplier qualifications, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. This role offers hands-on technical leadership in a general, multidisciplinary environment and a clear impact on aircraft materials performance. surface treatments, paints, sealants, and elastomeric technologies; prepare test samples. * Represent the team in project meetings and lead testing development activities for Low Observability materials. * Define test plans for R&T;, design, and development of new technologies and materials. * Perform future failure analysis within the assigned scope. * Provide technical support to services, CML, and industrial environment. Requisitos principales * Minimum 5 years in materials and processes with hands-on laboratory experience. * Experience in laboratory/pre-prototyping area management is desirable. * Knowledge of aircraft maintenance, services, and CML; deep knowledge of REACH. * Experience in material technology development and in developing new materials/processes with suppliers. * Understanding of material requirements for Airbus standards and quality standards. * Experience with low observ
