Overview In this role you will lead cost management for high-profile data centre projects in Madrid, guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver value-driven outcomes. You will act as the primary client interface, shaping cost strategy and reporting to support excellent project delivery. and commercial negotiations with the project team * Coordinate invoicing processes and ensure compliance with client requirements * Contribute to business development and share lessons learned to drive improvements Requisitos principales * Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field * Minimum 10 years experience in cost management * Broad experience across planning, estimating, pre-contract, post-contract, and final accounts * Experience with value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing * Knowledge of labour, plant, materials costs, cashflow, and budgeting * Experience in business development activities * Strong organization, multi-tasking, and teamwork abilities * English required; Spanish preferred * Proficiency with MS Office and digital cost management tools; familiarity with D-365 * strong leadership and people development * excell
