Overview In this role you will lead the Sales Operations function to scale a global, multi-motion sales machine. You will own the full sales funnel from lead to signature, partnering with SDRs, AEs, Marketing, and Post-Sales to drive pipeline, velocity, and win rates. You’ll design scalable processes, implement a standardized sales methodology, and ensure data hygiene and effective cadences. This is a hands-on leadership role at a fast-growing SaaS business with a strong focus on cross-functional alignment and measurable growth. and Enterprise sales * Implement and embed a standardized Sales Methodology with enablement support * Improve funnel performance: efficiency, pipeline, conversion, velocity, and win rates * Establish and optimize Sales Cadence including pipeline reviews and forecast/biz reviews * Ensure adherence to processes, data hygiene, and consistent execution across the funnel * Coordinate cross-functionally with Marketing Operations and Post-Sales Ops for seamless handoffs * Partner with Revenue Systems to align tools with sales needs * Influence senior stakeholders with data-driven insights and operational recommendations * Operate as both leader and individual contributor to deliver key initiatives Requisitos principales * 7+ years in Revenue or Sales Operations within a B2B SaaS scale-up * 3+ years in a people leadership role managing RevOps teams * Strong track record designing and optimizing end-to-end GTM processes * Experience implementing and embedding a sales methodology * Deep understanding of GTM f
