and monitor progress * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables are met * Identify and manage project risks and contingency plans * Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders * Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements * Provide regular project updates to senior management Requisitos principales * University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology or related areas * Master or PhD preferred; technicians with Bachelor level and >5 years experience considered under certain circumstances * Profound knowledge of colloidal chemistry and nanotechnology, preferably in delivery systems and surfactants * Experience with lab and production-scale equipment for emulsions and delivery system technologies * Knowledge of cosmetic and pharmaceutical delivery system technologies * Cosmetics actives and Personal Care knowledge a plus * Fluent in English and Spanish * Strong leadership and communication skills * Experience working with intercultural and cross-functional teams * Ability to manage multi
