Overview In this Senior Accountant role, you will lead the European month-end closing and oversee General Ledger activities, driving process improvements across accounting. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. The role combines hands-on accounting with mentoring and automation initiatives in a fast-paced closing cycle. and Inventory accounting * Ensure accuracy and compliance across all financial processes * Participate in meetings with stakeholders and provide updates * Support and guide junior accountants within the team * Identify process improvements and automation opportunities * Work with SAP and Excel to manage and analyze financial data * Collaborate with the wider European accounting teams * Maintain high performance during the 5-day closing period Requisitos principales * Strong background in accounting * Advanced command of Excel * Experience with SAP * High level of English (mandatory) * Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks * Proactive mindset with interest in process improvement and optimization * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure during closing periods * Team-oriented, supportive, and willing to mentor junior colleagues * Clear communication skills and confidence in stakeholder interactions * Team-oriente
