Overview In this role you will steer SITA for Aircraft’s inorganic growth initiatives by coordinating cross-functional teams through the M&A; lifecycle. You’ll serve as the operational backbone, keeping workstreams on track, preparing leadership materials, and ensuring timely, quality inputs for central M&A; activities. You’ll turn complex commercial and product data into clear updates for senior leaders, while shaping due diligence and integration planning. Technology, and Operations contributors * Support due diligence by organizing inputs and preparing agendas and information packs * Track findings, open points, and actions throughout the deal lifecycle * Contribute to business case and synergy work with Finance and Product leaders * Prepare executive materials for leadership, reviews, and board discussions * Support integration planning and handover from due diligence to integration Requisitos principales * 7+ years of experience in project management, corporate development, M&A; support, strategy, consulting, or complex cross-functional programs * Aviation industry knowledge, preferably airline operations, SaaS, B2B software * Strong project management skills in senior-stakeholder, multi-workstream environments; PM certification valued * Good understanding of the M&A; lifecycle (pipeline, screening, due diligence, transaction, integration) * Abilit
