You join a team that values deep engineering expertise and practical, scalable,, Responsabilidades * Develop and maintain hardware for R&A; products with emphasis on Servo Drives * Design new and redesign existing circuits, including schematic and layout * Perform circuit analysis and optimize designs via component choices and simulations * Hands-on hardware bring-up, debugging, and optimization * Improve external documentation (manuals, datasheets)



and internal architecture/design docs * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical requirements * Communicate with customers and suppliers to support development and integration Requisitos principales * Ms or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or technical related discipline * Minimum 2 years of experience * Experience with electronic circuit design and assembly processes * Background in electrical power applications * Experience with PCB manufacturing processes * Electronics verification and validation experience * Ability to author technical assembly instructions and test procedures * Proven experience with Altium Designer * Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) * Problem analysis from multiple perspectives * Proactive and energetic attitude * High attention to detail * Altium Designer * PCB / PCA manufacturing processes * Electrical power applications
