and communicate with manufacturers throughout development * Ensure manufacturability and alignment with brand aesthetics * Present concepts across teams and incorporate feedback * Oversee quality control and continuous process improvements * Collaborate with product, marketing, sales and production for timely, cohesive product development * Stay updated on materials, tools, and technologies in footwear design * Participate in trade shows and industry events to gather inspiration Requisitos principales * Bachelors degree in Fashion Design, Industrial Design, or related field * 5+ years in footwear design with a strong portfolio * People management experience and leadership ability * Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop * Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing processes * Excellent sketching, drawing, and visualization skills * Strong market awareness and trend forecasting abilities * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Experience with 3D design tools and AI software is a plus * strong communication * leadership and mentor
