Overview In this role you drive system integration across immunoassay workflows within the R&D; team, optimizing automated systems and validating experimental results. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to advance immunoassay technology and support field service engineers. This position combines hands-on lab work with cross-functional coordination, documentation, and travel to partner sites. test and optimize automated systems for immunoassay workflows * Design and execute experiments for immunoassay integration; validate results * Support immunoassay development and collaboration with other R&D; teams * Prepare reports and present findings to internal and external partners * Coordinate with supervisors and stakeholders across R&D; and other functions * Maintain QMS/compliant documentation and SOPs for integration * Supervise maintenance tasks and assist in laboratory upkeep * Mentor junior staff and identify training needs * Ensure compliance with quality, cost and timeline objectives Requisitos principales * Bachelor in Health Sciences; PhD studies valued * ≥3 years of laboratory experience * Desirable: immunoassays and/or IVD devices development experience * Strong knowledge of Office package; statistics knowledge * Excellent English communication (CAE qualified) * Good Laboratory Practices knowledge * Willingness to travel and spend extended periods at partner sites * Proactive, procedure oriented, high attention to detail * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * communication * leadership * teamwork * immunoassays * IVD devices development * automated systems
