Overview In this founding Product Director role, you will own and shape an AI-native product from zero to scale within a world-class life sciences software company. You’ll define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap, focusing on end-user workflows for clinical development and operations, with strong cross-functional collaboration. You will drive AI-powered features and connectivity across modules to enable seamless teamwork and measurable impact. This is an autonomous, high-ownership position that thrives on ambiguity and customer-led validation.
