Overview As General Manager Spain you will lead the Spanish subsidiary, steering growth and profitability in alignment with the Group. You will execute a winning commercial strategy, optimize local operations, and coordinate with the Group on regional priorities. The role focuses on revenue expansion, market development, and sales execution in a fast-moving consumer goods context. You will shape the Spanish business while representing the company at industry events and collaborating with cross-border teams. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial leadership position. Responsabilidades * Define and implement the business and brand strategy in line with Group objectives * Contribute to portfolio development and potential acquisitions in Spain * Set and monitor growth and profitability targets for Spain * Analyze market trends to identify opportunities and risks * Deploy a group sell-out oriented commercial model in Spain (parapharmacies, beauty channel, online) * Oversee go-to-market execution: pricing, promotions,
