Overview As General Safety Program Lead, Senior Director, you drive safety strategy and oversight for assigned assets. You’ll lead safety physicians and scientists, ensuring high-quality safety deliverables and regulatory compliance. You’ll shape safety strategy across studies, contribute to program design, and liaise with governance bodies. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on safety execution to protect patients and sustain competitive advantage. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate safety data into safe, effective programs. Responsabilidades * Accountable for overall scientific and clinical safety content for assets or indications * Lead Safety Strategy Management Team (SSaMT) and Safety Surveillance Team for assets * Set safety goals aligned to therapeutic area and product strategy * Define safety TPP, Go/No Go criteria, toxicity management guidelines * Represent Global Patient Safety in governance forums (DRC, eCRC, SARB, etc.) * Ensure quality of key safety deliverables (RMPs, PSRs)



and PV compliance * Lead complex safety issue resolution for assets * Contribute safety input to study designs and concept delivery * Provide strategic safety knowledge to clinical programs from preclinical to post-marketing surveillance * Ensure SHE and regulatory compliance across work * Represent the company in regulatory submissions and safety responses * Support in-licensing opportunities when needed * Promote cross-functional, proactive team actions and learning * Implement new processes, systems and ways of working * Prioritize risk mitigation and troubleshooting * Line manage safety physicians/scientists * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant safety literature * Collect and interpret data to determine risks and inform product labeling * Deliver balanced, robust analyses of clinical safety data * Serve as a scientific safety knowledge source for Product Team * Travel domestically and internationally as required * Present complex topics to
