Overview As a People Business Partner in the People Team, you help shape the talent strategy across business areas within a hybrid setup in Barcelona. You’ll partner with People Team Expertise Areas to implement HR agenda on workforce planning, design, development, performance, and engagement. You act as a trusted advisor to leaders, translating people data into practical actions and guiding change initiatives. This role blends strategy with hands-on HR programs to support a fast‑paced, diverse organization. * Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for people-related matters across assigned business areas * Guide leaders in understanding and applying People Team strategies and initiatives using critical thinking Requisitos principales * 2 years of proven HR Business Partner experience * experience partnering with HR centers of expertise * ability to lead through change and navigate ambiguity * conflict resolution and change management skills * hands-on experience delivering HR programs across the full employee lifecycle * strong analytical mindset to interpret people data and translate insights into action * familiarity with AI tools and technologies applied in HR (talent acquisition, engagement analysis, performance management) * disruptive thinking * strong communication * collaboration * HR analytics * change management * talent development programs
