Overview In this Financial Due Diligence role within Deals Transaction Services, you help organisations unlock value from mergers, acquisitions and divestitures by delivering data-driven insights. You work on buy-side and sell-side engagements, supporting price definitions and risk assessment for corporate and private equity clients. You’ll collaborate with an international team to accelerate deals and enhance decision-making across Europe, USA, and LATAM. This is a hands-on, analytics-led opportunity at a leading advisor. * Continuous professional development * International collaboration and exposure Responsabilidades * Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side engagements * Analyze key value drivers and financial assumptions * Leverage Data & Analytics tools to deliver insights on financial and business issues * Support price adjustment definitions and analyses for clients * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accelerate deal processes * Assist clients in preparing and closing deals across M&A;, divestitures, and financing transactions Requisitos principales * Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering * English fluency (daily work in English) * 2-3 years of audit experience * Strong analytical and interpersonal skills * Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills * Data analytics experience a plus (Power BI, Power Query, Power Pivot, Alteryx) * Flexibility to travel * Analytical thinking * Interpersonal skills * Communication * Excel * PowerPoint * Power BI
