Overview In this role you will lead a large-scale payroll transformation and digital implementation program within an international context. You will coordinate across business, HR, IT, security, and vendors to deliver end-to-end solutions, including Workday integrations and ERP interfaces. You will drive governance, risk management, and executive reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This is a long-term, remote opportunity based in Spain, offering exposure to global teams and complex regulatory environments. and other business applications * Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting * Oversee testing, deployment, and go-live activities * Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal policies * Facilitate communication between general and local teams throughout the project lifecycle Requisitos principales * 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager delivering complex digital transformation projects * Proven experience in payroll transformation, HR systems, or enterprise technology implementations * Strong understanding of system integrations and vendor management * Experience working with Workday and payroll ecosystems is highly desirable * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Ability to work effectively in a global and multicultural environment * Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on and delivery-focused mindset * Fluent in English *
