You will work within a cross-functional team to modernize identity workflows, automate lifecycle processes, and implement governance controls at scale. standardized IAM solutions Requisitos principales * College or university degree with focus on IT * 5+ years of IT experience, including at least 1 year in the relevant technical area * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Fluent English skills (verbal and written) * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) – strong hands-on experience * Identity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM) * Automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation / Logic Apps) * SSO & application integration (SCIM, REST APIs) * Authentication protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML * Hybrid Identity (On-Prem AD & Entra ID) * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Proactivity and team-player attitude * Growth mindset * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) * Identity Governance (Provisioning, Access Reviews, PIM) * Automation (PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Azure Automation / Logic Apps)
