Overview As a Service Line Business Development Manager for Aerospace, you drive growth in in-service support, maintenance, and lifecycle services. You will own pipeline development, account expansion, and new business acquisition within the Aerospace service line, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value offerings. You’ll shape service models and solutions that address installed-base needs and client demands, contributing to the company’s strategic growth. comprehensive support, and new service models * Participate in RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, bids, and negotiations * Manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities and follow up on them until they are closed * Develop and maintain the Service Business Plan for the Aerospace division Requisitos principales * Proven experience in business development for in-service support, maintenance, MRO, aftermarket, or lifecycle services * Solid technical knowledge of the aerospace environment, avionics, embedded systems, or platform support * Demonstrable results in growing the maintenance business, generating a sales pipeline, extending contracts, or acquiring new customers * Experience in business development and direct client relations * Ability to identify new service needs within the installed base and convert them into business opportunities * Experience in developing new services or solutions with higher added value
