Overview In this role you drive indirect channel operations for Iberia, focusing on Spain and Portugal, to ensure global ICM standards and partner performance. You work with local leadership and commercial teams to translate strategy into actionable plans, enhancing operational discipline and reducing risk. As part of the SITE Committee Iberia and the EMEA Leadership Team, you align execution across the division and drive continuous improvement. You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to enable sustainable revenue growth and governance-focused execution, delivering measurable results within a strong compliance framework. Responsabilidades * Own end-to-end indirect channel processes and lifecycle management within IC Hub (onboarding, contracting, ongoing monitoring) and coordinate with ICM Operations SE * Drive alignment among leadership, facilitate leadership forums, and ensure adoption of integral ICM standards aligning with strategic priorities * Elevate strategic and operational standards of IC Sponsors through training, coaching, and ongoing support to leaders * Plan, execute,



and derive insights from Partnership Reviews to inform decisions, growth, and risk mitigation * Act as the ICM business partner for the EMEA Division, optimizing indirect commercial organization for financial efficiency * Minimize compliance risk by enforcing policies, standards, and regulatory requirements * Lead governance framework implementation (processes, policies, systems, controls) to mitigate risk at the division level * Identify, escalate, and resolve ICM risks and issues, ensuring alignment with standards * Coordinate CMA-related activities and investigations for timely, compliant outcomes * Model behavior consistent with Stryker’s values and ethical standards * Strengthen awareness and credibility of ICM across leadership engagements * Represent the Indirect Channel function within the Sub-Region and protect the company’s reputation * Drive cross-functional collaboration wit
