Overview In this role you will align global and local medical strategies to elevate Medical Affairs execution and launch excellence. You will define standards, capabilities, and measurement frameworks to drive performance and impact across markets. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, synthesize actionable insights, and implement data-driven initiatives to improve patient care and scientific engagement. This position offers the opportunity to shape field medical excellence at scale in a general, fast-moving environment. Responsabilidades * Define, standardize, and track KPIs to demonstrate medical impact on launch excellence, evidence generation, engagement quality, and patient care * Cascade Field Medical Strategic Plans into markets and close execution gaps through targeted interventions and capability building * Lead Field Medical Leaders Forum to align strategy, capabilities, and execution across geographies * Deliver executive-ready medical performance updates, synthesize drivers/risks,



and propose corrective actions * Structure and deliver high-quality medical insights aligned to KITs/KIQs for disease areas and product strategy * Partner with Global Medical Excellence and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent frameworks, platforms, and dashboards usage * Define medical resourcing and field deployment models to deliver TA/brand strategies across launch and in-line phases * Measure and communicate performance/impact of global medical initiatives, including ROI and lessons learned * Implement field diagnostics and AI-enabled coaching to enhance scientific exchange quality and ensure compliance Requisitos principales * MD/PhD/PharmD or advanced degree with strong scientific credibility * 3+ years in respiratory and/or immunology therapeutic area is preferred * Experience in a country medical team (e.g., Medical Advisor, MSL) with global/regional Medical Affairs exposure; field medical leadership preferred * Strong understanding of Medical Affairs lan
