Overview In this role, you will bolster Factorial’s People team by shaping engaging onboarding, retention, and culture initiatives. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to design experiences that communicate our story and values, while measuring impact through feedback and data. You’ll manage logistics, climate actions, and events to foster a cohesive, high-performing workplace.
