Overview In this role you guide and deliver software on the full development lifecycle within a collaborative CSI team at Roche Diagnostics Solutions. You will design and implement high‑quality C# applications, while enabling your team to collaborate effectively and resolve blockers. and .NET 8.0 * Serve as Scrum Master and servant leader to facilitate progress and transparency * Apply Agile techniques to empower the team and resolve conflicts * Collaborate within self‑organizing teams to plan and estimate work * Leverage AI‑supporting tools to optimize development workflows * Review designs, functionality, and source code to ensure quality and continuous improvements Requisitos principales * Extensive software engineering experience with C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0 * Proven Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator experience for a software team * Scrum certifications (CSM or PSM I) and servant leadership skills * Experience with SQL Server, database design, and ORMs like Entity Framework * Familiarity with Git/GitHub and setting up build environments * Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) * On-site work readiness (no relocation assistance) * proactive * collaborative * ability to navigate ambiguity * C# * WPF * .NET 8.0
