Overview In this role, you shape the Hypophosphatasia portfolio across global markets to drive long-term value and access. You’ll lead strategic branding and launch planning, partnering with cross-functional teams to align on DSP, VST, and market access initiatives. You operate in a matrix environment, coordinating with global and regional teams to deliver data-driven strategies and competitive positioning. Your work supports impactful patient care by shaping commercialization and lifecycle plans in a complex, fast-changing landscape. Responsabilidades * Lead Value Sub team (VST) to refine strategic value propositions and develop data generation/RWE plans * Lead Disease Strategy Plan (DSP) development and rollout; drive stakeholder alignment and enterprise approval * Ensure CI and Market Research plans align with commercial strategy and prepare for competitive assets * Participate in GPT Core Team; collaborate with regional heads and cross-functional partners * Provide regular strategy and performance updates to senior leadership (e.g., General Commercial Leadership Team)



* Drive Global Pre-Launch strategy and planning 12–18 months before launch; input to development programs * Collaborate with R&D;, Operations, and regional teams to shape launch strategy and market shaping activities * Develop and evolve long-range forecasts (LTP) for the portfolio; support business cases for pipeline assets * Partner with R&D;, BD, and enterprise functions to support pipeline asset assessments for Leadership team Requisitos principales * Bachelor’s degree in business or life sciences; Master’s preferred * 10+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech with strategic pre-launch and launch experience across global/regional/local levels * Country or above-country leadership experience with accountability and P&L; exposure * Broad marketing/commercial experience across brand lifecycle stages (pre-launch, launch, long-term planning) * Deep understanding of drug development and commercialization in ra
