Overview As AdTech Architect you will design and lead Rakuten TV’s programmatic advertising stack in a greenfield setup, reporting to the CPO. You’ll define technical strategy, drive cross-functional collaboration with commercial and ad-ops teams, and shape how advertising contributes to revenue. Expect high-impact decisions on platform capabilities, standards, and partner ecosystems. You’ll stay hands-on while growing the team and guiding the ad-tech roadmap to scale in a data-driven, fast-paced environment. and product evolution * Set technical direction for IAB standards, consent chain management, and advertiser measurement; manage relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and measurement partners * Lead a small team (PM, AdTech Specialist, AdTech Engineer) with hands-on involvement and scale planning Requisitos principales * 8–12 years in AdTech with substantial programmatic and CTV experience * End-to-end ownership of RTB or bid management system design * Experience influencing build-vs-buy decisions for critical components * Comfort with commercial discussions (pricing, yield, DSP relationships) and translating into technical decisions * Background in broadcaster, streaming platform, SSP, DSP, or ad tech vendor * OpenRTB 2.x/3.0 bid/response design and auction mechanics * VAST/VMAP/SCTE-35 for creative compliance and ad trafficking * CTV ad integration (client-side and server-side insertion), measurement SDKs, verification frameworks * Real-time even
