Overview In this Lead Site Reliability Engineer/Expert role, you ensure high performance and proactive reliability for critical products. You’ll identify root causes of incidents, implement stabilizing improvements, and automate workflows to handle alerts efficiently. You will oversee IT service deployments and align reliability practices across development and operations. and monitoring * Perform incident response and root cause analysis for critical failures * Set and monitor SLIs/SLOs; drive reliability metrics * Collaborate with Development and Operations to embed reliability practices * Coordinate with Product T&E;, ICE, and Service Architects on productization * Ensure readiness to support new products and optimize event/problem management Requisitos principales * 6+ years in IT operations, service/infrastructure management with roles like SRE or DevOps manager * Proven high-availability and reliability track record * Extensive RCA, incident management, and permanent solution development * Hands-on with CI/CD, automation, monitoring, IaC * Cross-functional collaboration experience * Cloud technologies, containerization, scalable architectures, zero-downtime deployments * Proficiency with AKS & On‑prem Kubernetes, scripting (Ansible, Bash, Python) * Automation, C
