Overview In this role you will lead international IT rollout and transformation projects for a general Medtech organization. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-border teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with global IT standards. Expect to manage go-lives, hypercare, and post-transition support, shaping international IT rollout governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact while advancing the company’s IT overarching mission. and local requirements * Ensure alignment with global IT standards * Prepare project reporting for stakeholders and management * Support communication, training, and change management * Ensure a smooth transition to IT operations Requisitos principales * Several years of IT Project Management experience * Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects * Strong planning and stakeholder management skills * Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset * Excellent English and Spanish * Willingness to travel 10–15% * PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage * Bachelor in IT or related field (as listed in education) * strong planning * stakeholder management * structured mindset * IT project management * IT implementations and rollouts * international project coordination
