Overview In this role you will oversee delivery of clinical studies within AZ Integral Study Management, ensuring time, cost and quality objectives. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to support CSP development, study set-up, maintenance and close-out, contributing to CSR and archiving. You will manage documentation, budgets and risk mitigation while ensuring inspections readiness under ICH/GCP and AZ SOPs. You will lead or contribute to process improvements and supervise CRO oversight for outsourced studies. Responsabilidades * Provide oversight to ensure study delivery in collaboration with AZ teams and external partners * Lead or contribute to delegated study documents and external service provider documents * Coordinate with internal and external functions including CROs to meet time, cost, and quality targets * Plan and conduct internal/external meetings (Investigators’/Monitors’ meetings)



* Ensure Investigational product and study materials supply in partnership with Clinical Supply Chain or providers * Identify risks/issues and develop mitigation/action plans * Ensure study documents are complete and quality-verified in the Trial Master File * Support GSD/GSAD with budget management and invoice reconciliation * Adhere to global processes, QA manuals, ICH/GCP, and AZ SOPs to maintain inspection readiness * Support overall project management per delegation and manage CRO oversight for outsourced studies * Engage in non-drug process improvements and lead improvement projects as assigned Requisitos principales * University degree (or equivalent), preferably in medical or biological sciences or related clinical research discipline * Relevant 3+ years of pharma/clinical experience * Knowledge of clinical development and drug development processes across phases * Excellent knowledge of ICH/GCP
