Overview As FinCrime Analytics Engineer at Satispay, you will lead data strategies to improve risk decisions by making analytics data accessible, well-structured, and aligned with operations. You’ll design and evolve the data mesh, ensuring scalable, governed ownership and high-quality data. You’ll create AI-powered workflows to accelerate analytics and enable self-service for stakeholders while simplifying complex data models for faster querying. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to translate insights into actions that optimize data models and risk outcomes. ensure high-quality data collection and manage large-scale batch processing for dashboards and models. * Define AI Agentic Workflows: implement AI-powered data transformation and exploration pipelines for self-service analytics. * Stakeholder Management & Communication: lead cross-functional initiatives and translate insights into actions. * Build Feature Store Capabilities: create high-value features and optimize code for large data volumes. * Challenge and Simplify: refactor complex data models into clear, query-friendly structures for performance and quality.
