Overview As a specialist in Markets Law, you enable Santander CIB to execute complex capital markets transactions with confidence. You work within the Markets Legal team in Boadilla del Monte, collaborating with experts on structured and non-structured products across jurisdictions. You will draft and advise on legal documentation for securitisations, derivatives, and related finance transactions, ensuring regulatory alignment. corporate approvals) * Advise on traditional and synthetic securitisations and securitisation-related swaps * Offer legal support on derivative transactions (structured and non-structured) and related documentation * Support regulatory developments affecting Markets and assist in cross-functional corporate projects * Participate in multidisciplinary forums and working groups to implement initiatives Requisitos principales * At least 8 years of experience providing legal advice on Capital Markets transactions * Experience in derivative, repos and securities lending transactions (preferred) * Degree in Law (required) * High level of English (required) * Teamwork and collaboration abilities * Capacity to work under pressure * Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and prioritise effectively * Strong knowledge of market products, including master agreements * Experience with structured notes issuan
