You'll work with well-known international brands, delivering outstanding service while ensuring every customer receives the support they need Tasks What you'll be doing - Deliver outstanding customer service while creating a positive customer experience. - Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels. - Assist customers with account-related questions, requests and issue resolution. - Provide accurate information and guide customers through the appropriate processes.



- Complete administrative tasks accurately and maintain detailed customer records. - Work closely with colleagues and other departments to ensure the best possible customer experience. - Follow internal procedures, quality standards and data security guidelines where applicable.
