AAA Facility Services is looking for a Strategic Account Manager to help grow and strengthen relationships with our commercial facility maintenance customers. This is a great opportunity for an experienced account management or B2B sales professional who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, and working across operations and service teams to deliver solutions for customers. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts while helping identify opportunities for additional services, trades, locations, and long-term partnerships. What You'll Do * Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers and key customer contacts. * Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned accounts. * Identify opportunities to expand services, trades, and geographic coverage within existing accounts. * Conduct customer discovery meetings and regular business reviews.



* Develop strategic account plans focused on revenue growth, retention, and customer loyalty. * Manage sales opportunities and maintain an accurate CRM pipeline. * Partner with operations and customer service teams to support successful service delivery. * Assist with contract renewals and customer retention initiatives. * Provide insight into customer needs, market trends, competitors, and pricing. * Support regional and national account growth strategies. * Participate in customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
