Задачи
- You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for different positions.
- You will define talent sourcing and attraction strategies together with clients and hiring managers.
- You will publish job ads across different channels and platforms.
- You will carry out direct search and headhunting through LinkedIn Recruiter and other specialised tools.
- You will conduct competency-based interviews and assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
- You will present candidates to clients and continuously follow up on each process.
- You will ensure an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.
- You will collaborate with the team,



sharing learnings and best practices to keep improving our recruitment processes.

- You enjoy identifying talent, understanding candidates’ motivations and finding the right fit for each opportunity.
- You enjoy interviewing, building trust and developing lasting relationships with candidates and clients.
- You are proactive and results-oriented.
- You do not limit yourself to posting job ads; you like to search, map the market and find talent wherever it is.
- You know how to manage several processes simultaneously while maintaining quality and following up on each application.
- You are curious about the labour market and recruitment trends, and keen to continue developing as a talent specialist.
