What you'll be doing
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Master Data Functional Consultant to join our organization as an in-house functional consultant within our S/4HANA Fashion Master Data landscape. This role will play a key part in the design and delivery of Master Data capabilities within an S/4HANA Fashion implementation, working closely with business data owners and cross-functional stakeholders and supported by System Integrator (SI) counterparts responsible for configuration and technical delivery.
The role is focused on modern S/4HANA Master Data Management capabilities and best practices, with strong emphasis on data governance, data quality, business partner management, material master management,



data harmonization, and close interaction with cross-functional partners across the enterprise.
S/4HANA Master Data Solution Ownership
- Act as an in-house functional consultant for SAP S/4HANA Master Data, coordinating with the Master Data Lead, with a focus on Business Partner, Material Master, Customer, Supplier, and governance processes.
- Own the end-to-end functional design of master data processes, standards, and governance frameworks across the SAP S/4HANA Fashion solution.
- Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for the System Integrator.
- Review and approve master data configuration, enhancements, validation rules, and functional designs.

Cross-Functional Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sourcing & Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of shared master data objects and business requirements.
