The legal and corporate attorney will provide comprehensive legal support across corporate, governance, and ideally, insurance distribution matters. The role will act as a trusted business partner, supporting the company’s strategic objectives through the provision of pragmatic, risk-based legal advice, while ensuring compliance with applicable corporate, insurance, and regulatory requirements.

The idóneo candidate will combine strong expertise in corporate and commercial law with a solid understanding of the insurance sector, including insurance distribution frameworks, regulatory requirements, and governance obligations.





Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Head of Legal:

Commercial and Contractual Matters
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements and corporate documentation.
- Provide practical legal advice in relation to contracting strategies, contractual risk management, and dispute avoidance.
- Promote a proactive legal culture and foster early engagement with Legal on strategic initiatives.

Corporate Governance and Secretarial Services
- Provide corporate secretarial support
- Coordinate the preparation and approval of annual accounts and statutory corporate filings.
- Draft minutes, board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, corporate certificates, powers of attorney, and other governance documentation.
- Support the appointment and interaction with auditors, notaries, registries, and other external authorities.
