Business Development Manager – Spain

Role

Establish and grow the fire detection business in Spain by developing a network of distribution partners, generating new business opportunities, and driving market adoption of fire detection solutions. Deliver profitable sales growth through strong customer relationships, high-quality solutions, superior customer support, and ethical business practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand a network of distributors and channel partners to drive business growth in the Spanish fire detection market.
- Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with distributors, installers, and end users to increase market adoption and sales growth.
- Manage business development plans, sales pipelines, and forecasts to achieve revenue, profitability, and receivables targets.
- Provide commercial and technical support to partners and customers, ensuring successful project development and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, seminars,



and customer meetings to strengthen market presence and generate demand.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities, while championing the Voice of the Customer across the organization.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of proven commercial experience in the fire protection industry, with substantial knowledge of fire detection systems, distribution channels, and the Spanish market.
- Demonstrated experience in business development and channel partner management.
- Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to delivering value and building long-term relationships.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to establish credibility and influence stakeholders at all levels.
