A day in the life

As a Line Cook at La Bottega, you'll be part of a dynamic kitchen team preparing authentic Italian dishes in a fast-paced, informal environment.You will work closely with the team to ensure smooth service, consistency and respect for traditional Italian flavours, from pasta and pizzas to daily specials. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes with consistency and quality
- Support daily service including à la carte and specials
- Work efficiently as part of a close-knit kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness, organization and food safety standards
- Ensure respect for traditional Italian recipes and techniques

Must have
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen
- Previous experience in Italian cuisine (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, informal kitchen environment
- Strong team spirit and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail and consistency
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Spain
