The role provides dedicated operational support for all matters related to the delivery of partner services and serves as the primary point of contact for the partner operational performance and execution.
The Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues, monitoring partner performance, and effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is a critical component of ADP's General Payroll supply chain and contributes to the delivery of efficient, accurate, and cost-effective global payroll solutions.
Monitor and evaluate partner performance through regular service reviews and operational metrics.
Escalate actual or potential compliance risks promptly and appropriately.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
