Head of Brand – 8-Figure DTC Haircare Brand (US focused)

Location: Remote, EU hours + flexibility

Engagement: Full-time

You'll build the brand around a creator-led growth engine that already works, and you'll make a big part of the work yourself.

We're partnering with an 8-figure DTC haircare brand built through creator marketing. What's missing is a clear identity, strong creative direction, and one consistent way the brand looks and sounds everywhere.

What you'll do Define the brand identity: visual direction, typography, color, tone of voice, and a practical brand playbook.

Lead creative direction across creator content, paid ads, packaging, campaigns, and product launches.

Set the strategy and creative standard for Instagram and TikTok.

Connect brand and performance, so strong creative also drives results.

You'll lead a dedicated Social & Community Manager:



you set the direction, they handle the day-to-day, and you jump in where needed. You'll also direct freelance designers and editors. You set the direction, then open Figma, write the copy, pick up a camera, or edit it yourself.

You have a strong portfolio showing both brand thinking and real execution.

You've built a brand system from an incomplete starting point.

You understand how creator content, organic social, and paid creative work together.

A brand that already sells. You're building the brand around one people already love.

You define what the brand becomes, reporting directly to the CEO & COO.

Fully remote, in a small team with few layers between idea and live.
